UTIA Sponsored Projects Accounting

UTIA Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) provides services for UT Institute of Agriculture faculty, staff, and students who are pursuing research or other sponsored projects funded by federal, state, or private agencies. This includes tracking projects from the initial set-up after approval from UTIA Office of Sponsored Programs through the fiscal closeout at the end of the grant period.

Our Mission

UTIA Sponsored Projects Accounting’s top priorities are to support the UT Institute of Agriculture community in achieving excellence in research, provide accurate financial results in a timely manner, and ensure compliant fiscal management practices.
